Our Ethos
We meet both short and long-term accommodation needs for individuals with disabilities following catastrophic injury, from the rental and sales market. We give individuals the opportunity to live their life to their full potential in their own bespoke, accessible home.
We recognise and understand that the journey to securing, building and/or adapting a home in these circumstances is long and challenging.
Our aim is to provide support, clarity, guidance and direction throughout the process, enabling clients and their families to focus their energy where they really need to and most importantly where they want to.
Accessibility is key to our designs. Honesty, transparency and empathy are at the heart of all we do.

Our Dedicated People
We have brought together a richly diverse and specialist team, from a range of different sectors, with a wealth of experience and knowledge.
Our team is made up of client support experts, property search consultants, estate agents, letting specialists, an architectural design team, project managers, quantity surveyors and planning specialists.
This enables us to have full confidence we can provide the most comprehensive support at all stages of the client’s journey.
We were all drawn to this work for the same reason; the desire for genuine job satisfaction and an opportunity to do the job we love whilst making a positive difference in people’s life.
We want to give our clients a fundamental human requirement that everyone should have so they can thrive; A feeling of safety, achieved by the provision of a secure and comfortable home.

Our Unique Experience
Our team have all worked hard to create a business built on shared values and goals and a clear understanding and agreement about the services required to do the job properly.
Our desire to do this work well was born from being involved in many, many projects within this industry. We have all learnt and developed in our roles in order to arrive at a place where we can confidently say we understand the service our clients expect and deserve and how we can best support them.
The most relevant education we’ve had has come from the clients, their families and the teams working with them and the feedback they’ve so generously shared.
We are continuously learning and striving to improve our business as no client or their needs are the same.
We aim to develop a supportive community made up of the clients who have been through this process. We offer them a platform to reach out to others in the similar situations to support each other. We recognise that being in this position is difficult and can feel very isolating at times.
We have years of combined experience in this field and are well rehearsed and confident that we can deliver on our promise. We know how crucial it is to get this right for our clients and we appreciate there’s no room for error.
Time and financial restraints cannot be underestimated. In some cases, we know that our client’s life expectancy can be short. Although it’s hard to fully comprehend the impact of this on family and loved ones we understand the importance of being proactive.
