You will assess the injured person’s rehabilitation needs and address what is required so they make as good a recovery as possible. You'll look at every aspect of the person’s physical, intellectual and emotional wellbeing. You need to make sure the right accommodation, adaptations, aids and equipment are in place and recommend the specialist therapists and other healthcare professionals required for the client.

SC1 will incorporate the agreed, bespoke care plan into the adapted design and layout and integrate the bespoke specialist equipment into the building. Therefore enabling the care plan to be delivered in the most efficient and comfortable way. You can rely on us to be a trusted part of the team.
