We also source land, where we can then plan to build a new home to fully meet the lifetime accommodation needs of the client.

What we do
- We conduct a detailed desktop search and selection process. Although our work starts with the property portals, we work directly with a range of property professionals such as estate agents, land agents, landlords and vendors to ensure we explore all options to meet the accommodation needs of the injured/disabled person. We have often sourced properties off-market with this approach.
- Research of properties on the market within specific client areas indicating accommodation available, costs and possibilities in terms of planning/adaptation etc.
- Property reports required by solicitors to justify spend, alternative properties etc and suitability of properties and adaptation costs.
